摘要： The invention concerns a hairdresser's masking aid for masking selected strands of hair from other strands of hair while the selected strands are treated. The masking aid comprising at least two panels (10, 40) of flexible sheet material which are capable of being hinged apart to receive the selected strands and subsequently brought together to envelop the selected strands. At least one of the panels (40) comprises a substrate of a flexible and transparent plastics material (46, 48, 50, 52, 54) laminated over at least part of its area to a metal foil substrate (42). The plastics substrate is laminated to the said metal foil substrate by a laminating wax so that the resultant laminated sheet is capable of being deadfolded in a similar way as non-laminated aluminium foil.

摘要： The invention concerns a solvent-type adhesive for assembling non-porous thermoplastic piping elements, obtained from a polymer resin dissolved in one or several organic solvent(s) and optionally comprising fillers, thickening, colouring, stabilising, masking agents, said adhesive comprising at least a solid additive at a temperature less than 45 DEG C, soluble or dispersible in solvents, said additive being capable of constituting a barrier-forming film on the adhesive surfaces exposed to the open air and quickly countering emission of solvents or other volatile organic compounds. The invention is characterised in that the amount of additive introduced in the adhesive is such that it represents less than 20 % of the amount of additive required to produce saturation of the adhesive solvents. The invention is useful for assembling non-porous thermoplastic piping elements.

摘要： A solid adhesive composition which comprises an adhesive ingredient, a gellant, and a solvent and further contains at least one member selected among waxes which are solid at ordinary temperature and have a solubility in the solvent of 20% or lower, such as paraffin waxes and olefin waxes, and/or contains a substance which takes up water contained in the air and/or in the adhesive composition to form a film for evaporation inhibition. The solid adhesive composition has such excellent cap-off performance that even when the application part of the solid adhesive is kept exposed in the air for long, excellent applicability is retained.
