Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Schnittstelle eine drahtlose Kommunikationsschnittstelle (7) und eine lokale physische Schnittstelle (8) verwendet werden, das Fahrzeug (3) mittels Sensoren (9) eine Umgebungsüberwachung durchführt und zumindest von einem Sensor (9) erzeugte Sensordaten (15) über die drahtlose Kommunikationsschnittstelle (7) an eine Zentrale (10) übermittelt werden, wobei die Zentrale (10) in Abhängigkeit der Sensordaten (15) den Initiierungsbefehl (6) über die drahtlose Kommunikationsschnittstelle (7) an das Fahrzeug (3) übermittelt.
