    • 本発明のはんだ印刷機では、回収用スキージ88を印刷用スキージ82から離間させた状態でスキージ装置26を移動させることで、メタルマスク40の上のクリームはんだ132が2つのスキージの間に収容される。そして、収容されたクリームはんだが回路基板36に印刷される。これにより、2つのスキージの間と異なる箇所のクリームはんだを、回路基板に印刷することが可能となる。また、回収用スキージを印刷用スキージに接近させて、それら2つのスキージの間にクリームはんだを収容させた状態で、スキージ装置を移動させることで、クリームはんだが任意の位置に移動される。これにより、2つのスキージの間と異なる箇所のクリームはんだを回収することが可能となる。このため、本発明のはんだ印刷機では、はんだ供給装置を内蔵する必要が無くなり、構造を簡素化することが可能となる。
