摘要： A method for manufacturing a hose/connector assembly of polymeric material. The assembly comprises a flexible hose (10) that includes at least one layer (11) made of a first thermoplastic material and a connector (20) made of a second thermoplastic material having a hardness greater than the first thermoplastic material, the connector (20) having a first end (21) for coupling with a liquid source and a second end (22) with a seat (25) adapted to coaxially receive one end (14) of the hose (10). The method comprises the steps of: providing the flexible hose (10); providing the connector (20); mutual approaching the flexible hose (10) and the connector (20) so that the end (14) of the former (10) is inserted into the seat (25) of the latter (20); rotating the connector (20) with respect to the flexible hose (10) so as to provide between them a rotational friction welding. The method further comprises a step of periodic comparing the welding torque (Cs) with the maximum allowable torque (Cmax) for the hose (10) and the connector (20), the maximum allowable torque (Cmax) being the limit torque from which the connector (20) rotates the flexible hose (10) upon rotation of the former relative to the latter. The step of rotating the connector (20) with respect to the hose (10) is interrupted if the welding torque (Cs) is equal to or grater than the maximum allowable torque (Cmax).
