    • Screw driver-holder apparatuses, systems and methods are provided and can include a screw and a screwdriver. The screw can include a threaded screw body and a screw head, and the screw head can include a socket and a screw head surface surrounding the socket. The screwdriver can include a hollow sleeve with a longitudinal bore and a first end defining a screw engagement surface and a driving shaft positioned within the longitudinal bore of the hollow sleeve and rotatable relative to the hollow sleeve. The driving shaft can further include a first end extending beyond the first end of the hollow sleeve, a second end opposite the first end, and a stop restricting axial movement of the sleeve towards the second end of the driving shaft. The first end can include a protruding tip adapted for engaging the socket of the screw head.

    • The present invention provides a screwdriver bit which can fasten a screw accurately to the desired position, and which has a structure for enabling a user to easily handle a screwdriver with both hands when a large rotating force is required for fastening the screw. The present invention also provides a screwdriver comprising said screwdriver bit. Accordingly, the present invention provides a screwdriver bit, comprising: a screw-holding unit (110) which applies a rotating force to a screw; a joint unit (130) inserted into a driver handle (500) or a bit insertion portion of an electric screwdriver; a rod-shaped main body (100) which interconnects the screw-holding unit (110) and the joint unit (130); an elastic means (310) for applying an elastic force in the lengthwise direction of the main body (100); a screw support cylinder (200) which covers the outer surface of the main body (100), and which receives, from said elastic means (310), an elastic force for returning the screw support cylinder (200) toward the joint unit (130), and which slides forward further than the screw-holding unit (110) in the lengthwise direction of the main body (100); and a fixed cylinder (400), one end of which is fixed at the main body (100) between the screw support cylinder (200) and the joint unit (130), and which accommodates the screw support cylinder (200) therein.
