摘要： Additive Verfahren gehören unterdessen auch im Bereich der Metallverarbeitung zu den bekannten, sicher beherrschten Verfahren. Jedoch sind neben dem Druckvorgang selbst weitere Handhabungsvorgänge erforderlich, zu denen es bislang nur unzureichende Lösungen gibt. So wird in aller Regel ein Werkstück auf einem Bodenelement eines Bauraums in aufgebaut. Ein solches Bodenelement soll allerdings wiederverwendet werden, so dass es nach dem Aufbau zurückgewonnen werden muss, obwohl es metallische Verbindungen zwischen dem Werkstück und dem Bodenelement geben kann. Aufgrund des Materials ist eine Handhabung jedoch gerade im Metallbereich schwer, so dass Möglichkeiten der Trennung zwischen dem Bodenelement und dem Werkstück gefunden werden müssen. Um eine solche Trennung zu leisten, kann eine Säge eingesetzt werden, welche das Werkstück von dem Bodenelement löst. Für eine saubere Schnittkante muss jedoch eine sehr definierte Lagerung erreicht werden und es muss genügend Raum vorhanden sein, um Werkstücke bis zur vollen Bauraumgröße von dem Bodenelement zu trennen. Dies gelingt beim Einsatz einer Säge, insbesondere einer Bandsäge, auf welcher eine Anschlusseinheit mit einer Basis und einem spielfrei in einer Verbinderhülse aufnehmbaren Verbinderstift aufgespannt werden kann. Eine solche Lösung erlaubt eine definierte Lagerung und Führung des Werkstücks unter der Säge und damit einen möglichst geringen Kraftaufwand.

摘要： A foam panel cutting machine for cutting foam panels used in insulated building panels. The foam panel cutting machine has a feeder system feeds the foam panel through the cutting blades. The blade extension may remain in the kerf at the end of a cutting stroke, preventing the blade from jamming against the workpiece upon a return stroke and may also provide an unobstructed means by which to gage blade angle relative to the sled.
