摘要： During the gravity separation of solid materials according to their density by heavy-liquid flotation in a separating liquid within the centrifugal field of a rotating container, fluctuations in the properties of the suspension and solid materials cause difficulties with respect to the separation accuracy and yield. The disclosed design of the separating device (10) with a retarding disk (20) combined with a conical sieve (16) arranged within the separating device in the area of the separating liquid outlet (19) allows sharply separated outlet areas for the sinks (13) and floats (25) to be obtained, so that it becomes possible to maintain a largely constant separation accuracy and yield in spite of strong changes in the suspension or solid material properties.

摘要： The centrifugal concentrator for bulk materials has a working unit in the form of a rotating basin (3) connected to a drive (2) by a flexible element (4). The concentrator has limiting elements for limiting the angle of inclination of the basin (1), with an aperture (5) around the edge of which the basin rolls on part of its own surface (6) as it rotates. The angle of inclination of the basin can be constantly adjusted during rotation by appropriate selection of the configuration of the surfaces (5 and 6). The design ensures effective loosening of the material and improves the degree of concentration achieved.
