摘要： The autoinjector (10) has a proximal end and (11), a longitudinal axis A, and a housing (20) configured to receive a medical container (30) having a barrel (32) defining a reservoir for containing a medical product (31), and said barrel (32) having a distal end (33) provided with a needle (34) and an opened proximal end (35) configured to receive a plunger rod (36) for pushing a stopper (37) arranged inside the barrel (32). A needle cover (40) is coupled to and movable with respect to said housing (20) between a first extended position, a retracted position, and a second extended position wherein the needle cover (40) moves back in the distal direction to shield the needle (34). An injection mechanism is configured to move the plunger rod (36) distally inside the barrel (32) in order to expel the medical product (31) contained inside the barrel (32). A holder (60) is movable with respect to the housing (20) between a passive position wherein the holder (60) does not trigger the injection mechanism and an active position wherein the holder (60) triggers the injection mechanism. The autoinjector (10) includes blocking means configured to prevent the medical container (30) from moving proximally inside the housing (20), such that the medical container (30) cannot displace the holder (60) towards the active position if the autoinjector (10) falls down onto a floor, proximal end (11) first.

摘要： A system for serially injecting liquids includes a syringe body defining a syringe proximal opening and a distal needle interface, proximal and distal stopper members, forming proximal and distal chambers. The system also includes a first liquid in the distal chamber and a second liquid in the proximal chamber, and a plunger configured to be manually manipulated to insert the proximal stopper member distally. Moreover, the system includes a needle hub assembly coupled to the syringe body, the needle assembly including a needle. The needle defines a needle interior, and distal, middle and proximal openings. The distal, middle and proximal openings are fluidly coupled through the needle interior. Manipulating the plunger member to insert the proximal stopper member initially expels the first liquid from the distal chamber, then serially expels the second liquid from the proximal chamber.
