摘要： The present invention relates to a men's underpants including a separate space for receiving the penis, the separate space is suitable for accommodating a male absorbent article comprising: a flexible belt (25), a back and side panel (A), a bottom panel (27), a front outer panel (B), and a front inner panel (B'), wherein the separate space is formed by the front outer panel (B) and the front inner panel (B'); the front outer and front inner panels (B; B') being connectable to the back and side panel (A) and a bottom panel (27), wherein the front inner panel (B') has a shape substantially the same as the front outer panel (B); the front inner panel (B') being formed from a first overlapping sewed part (C) and a second overlapping sewed part (D), each comprising a curved hems (17) and (18), wherein the curved hem (17) of the first overlapping sewed part (C) and the curved hem (18) of the second overlapping sewed part (D) form a self-adjustable elastic orifice (19) for inserting the penis into the separate space, the self-adjustable orifice (19) encircling the penis to retain the penis in the separate space. Surfaces of the inner overlapping parts (C) and (D), forming the front inner panel (B') and facing an interior of the separate apace, and an inner surface of the front outer panel (B) facing the interior of the separate space are made of a fabric permeable to air and moisture vapor flow and impermeable to liquid moisture passage. The front outer panel (B) has an adjustable size of a surface, the adjustable size of the surface of said front outer panel (B) provides the separate space having an adjustable volume for inserting into the separate space the male absorbent article of different shapes and sizes.
