摘要： A combined air filter and cable management assembly (30) combines an air filter subassembly (32, 33), a cable management subassembly (31), a side cable seal (22), and a status LED extension bar (41) for an electronic product (51). The air filter subassembly and the cable management subassembly are pivotally mounted on a front side rail (12) of the cabinet (10), with the air filter subassembly outboard of the cable management subassembly. When pivoted outward, an air filter (33) can be changed without disturbing product cables (53). The cable management subassembly supports cables exiting the front panel of the product and directs the cables to the side cable seal. The cable management subassembly maintains the order of the cables when the cables are disconnected, and provides a clear path to remove and replace the product when the cable management subassembly is in an open position. The LED extension bar extends status indications through the two subassemblies.

摘要： The present invention relates to a tray for use in a subrack of a rack. The tray comprises a printed circuit board configured so that a plurality of connections can be made at a plurality of positions on the printed circuit board, each of the plurality of connections involving at least one connector positioned on a patch side of the plurality of positions and the least one connector having a device associated therewith in which information is stored. Either side of the positions can be used as the patch side, and the devices associated with the connectors involved in making the connections at the patch side can be read via the tray. The devices can be implemented using RFID tags or connection point identifier (CPID) storage devices. A subrack comprises a backplate and at least one tray, wherein the tray can be selectively attached and removed from the backplate.

The skeletal framework acts as a National Electric Code approved raceway system to support and route the set of cables to the electrical equipment in the mounted cabinet enclosures.
