摘要： A request is received for connecting a user with an agent, the request identifying a user interaction with content. A second server is accessed to determine a first score of the user representing a benefit the user has generated for a client that provides the content. A third server is accessed to determine a second score of the user representing overall burden to provide services to the user by the client based on an interaction history of the user with the client. A user value is dynamically determined based on the first score and the second score using a user value determination algorithm that is specifically configured for the client. A list of agent candidates is identified from a pool of agents based on the user value and the collection of real-time data. A first communication session is established between the user and one of the agent candidates.

摘要： A method for generating digital events in response to inbound or outbound phone calls on analog phone systems is described. The method monitors a public switched telephone network (PSTN) phone line to detect a call. The analog audio signal of the detected call is amplified. The method acquires call information regarding the detected call from the phone line. The call information is sent to a server as a digital event over a network interface. Voice call recording for the call is initiated. The method uploads a data record that contains the voice call recording to the server over the network interface after the completion of the call. Other embodiments are also described and claimed.

If a phone number's (a) local (out, in) assortativity coefficient > 0; and (b) local (in, in) and (in, out) assortativity coefficients ≤ 0, we may classify the phone number as a spam number. Other parameters measuring the correlation of degrees between linked nodes can be used instead of local assortativity coefficients for phone spam detection. We may use additional conditions, for example, whether the out-degree of a node corresponding a phone number is greater than a threshold, in phone spam detection. We can also use other mechanisms, such as whitelist and blacklist, in phone spam detection.

A portion of a conversation with a given user is recorded, stored in memory, and processed so as to influence subsequent interactions. These may include audio or other contextualized annunciations of subsequent telephone calls. Other modes addressing conversational processing for social purposes can result in interwoven conversation guided among threads of interest, advertising and incented participation of conversational content and placement. The invention is capable of implementation in telecommunications systems such as cellular, local exchange, and VOIP, and in combination with other forms of internet-based telecommunication, including smart phones and adaptive forums chat rooms.

摘要： The embodiments herein relate to call lists that detail all call attempts made to a called party that have not been succesful in communication networks. The reasons for the failure can range from no answer to out of range or congestion in the network. A system and method is disclosed for notifying a called user of a failed call attempt made by a calling user. A switch receives a call request from a calling user and on determining that a communication session cannot be established between the calling user and the called user, the switch terminates the link to the calling user and sends the call attempt notification to the called user. The called user would be notified of the call attempt made by the calling user, the contact details of the calling user and reason for the failure of the call attempt.
