    • The present disclosure relates to an interpretation system comprising a first sound interface (3), for instance for an interviewer, a second sound interface (5), for instance for an interviewer, and a third sound interface (7) for an interpreter. The interpretation system comprises a switching subsystem (13) which can be switched between a first setting, interviewer-interpreter-interviewee, and a second setting, interviewee-interpreter-interviewer. The system comprises a processing unit (15) which is devised to detect speech originating from the first and second sound interfaces, and to automatically control the switching subsystem depending on this detection.

    • A communication system for dynamically translating a verbal communication from a first language to a second language is disclosed. The system includes a communication device operably connected to a translation module which possesses the capability of converting a verbal communication in the first language into a verbal communication in the second language and a transcript in the second language. The system also includes an operator terminal operably connected to the translation module via a communication link. The operator terminal possesses the capability of generating and transmitting a verbal and/or written communication in the second language to the translation module wherein the verbal and/or written communication is dynamically translated into a verbal communication in the first language.

    • A method and system of providing a language interpretation service is disclosed. A language interpretation number, such as an 811 number, can be provided. The language interpretation number can be used to place a telephone call to a language interpretation service for language assistance. A language interpretation telephone call is received at the language interpretation service provider from a caller speaking a first language. The caller places the language interpretation telephone call by dialing the language interpretation number. The caller has at least one business need. The first language is identified so as to provide the customer with an interpreter that can interpret between a first language and a second language. The interpreter can be associated with the language interpretation service provider. The interpreter can telephonically engage an agent representing a business entity that can service the at least one business need of the caller. The business entity is a subscriber of the language interpretation provider. The first agent speaks the second language and the interpreter interprets a conversation between the caller and the agent.

    • An interactive voice response calling system (1) for automatically dialling a plurality of telephone numbers includes database (10) containing records of dialling information for a dialling campaign. A dialler (20) translates the records i the database into dialling instructions. The system further includes a voice print secure identification unit for verifying a voice of a subscriber, and a switch allowing the interactive voice response unit (30) to send information relating to a call to the dialler (20) for updating the dialling instructions.

    • The present invention presents a method and system for enabling users to communicate over telephony and WWW networks, comprising: (a) one or more community servers connected to the WWW network for receiving and redirecting calls from a caller to a called party, wherein at least the caller is a registered user; (b) a plurality of client node devices, each provided to one or more users for enabling said users to communicate with other registered or unregistered users through said one or more community servers, each client node device connected to its corresponding community server over said WWW network, wherein at least a portion of said client node devices are also connected to said telephony network; and (c) a plurality of users' phones, each comprising a corresponding client node device or connected to said corresponding client node device for communicating over the telephony and WWW networks. The present invention further relates to methods for: (a) determining a best available communicating route for transferring a call between a caller and a called party over a telephony and WWW networks; (b) providing a secure registration of users over telephony and WWW networks; (c) providing secure authentication of registered users over telephony and WWW networks; (d) sharing communication resources over telephony and WWW networks to provide the best available communication route; (e) providing a SPAM control over telephony and WWW networks; (f) providing a multilingual answering machine service over telephony and WWW networks; and (g) providing a secure eCommerce service over telephony and WWW networks.
