摘要： The invention relates to N-deacetyl-lysogangliosides and physiologically acceptable salts thereof, especially those of formula (I), wherein R represents -CH=CH(CH2)nCH3 or -CH2CH2(CH2)nCH3; n is 12 or 14; R1 represents (II) or hydrogen; and R2 represents hydrogen or acetyl; for use in therapy. The compounds are useful as inhibitors of phospholipases A¿2?, and of superoxide production, as antiproliferative and immunosuppressant agents and in the treatment of autoimmune diseases. The invention also relates to the use of N-deacetyl-lysogangliosides for the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of the aforementioned conditions.

The portable hub may comprise a plurality of handheld remote control devices, and means to fasten the devices firmly and releasably together to form the hub, possibly with the addition of a base. A remote control device comprises fastening means adapting it for releasable fastening firmly in position in any such hub, preferably comprising complementary first and second fastening elements adapted to fasten the device to one or more other such devices back-to-back, or side-by-side in a ring.
