    • A method and apparatus including a system for recirculating liquid in a controlled environment. The apparatus comprises a wick (50) mounted in the controlled environment, a portion of the wick being in contact with the storage medium (20); a bearing liquid in the controlled environment in a quantity sufficient to maintain a determined quantity of fluid at the interface between the disk and the interactive element (22) and to saturate the wick; and a motor (26) for moving the storage means to induce capillary action of the fluid in the wick wherein such capillary action compels condensation of the liquid in the porous material of the wick.
