    • The invention relates to the power industry and more particularly to a method for filling a reusable lighter with liquefied gas as well as to a structure of a gas lighter. The filling method comprises the following steps: an external source of liquefied gas is connected to the filling valve of the gas lighter; said valve is then opened and the gas lighter tank is filled with liquefied gas. The external source of liquefied gas is connected to the filling valve located near the burner valve. During the filling of the lighter tank with liquefied gas, the tank may communicate with the outside air, continuously or intermittently while the control lever of the burner valve is activated. The gas lighter which can be filled according to the inventive method comprises a housing which is used as a tank for liquefied gas and which contains, in the upper part thereof, the burner valve fitted with a corresponding control lever. The filling valve of the gas lighter is mounted inside the housing, near the burner valve with the control lever thereof.

    • The valve comprises a fixed part (1, 2), a moving part (9) and a sealing joint (15).
