The front end surface and side surface of the punch head (9) is transiting from an inclined surface or a cambered surface, where the section is the same as the punching-shear cavity in shape. A resilient layer (11) is provided at the end of the punch head (9), and via the resilient layer (11) a mould pressure is applied on the punch head (9).
