The invention is particularly useful for changing oil in cylinder blocks of motor vehicles or the like.

A valve assembly is provided having a used lubricant removal mode and a new lubricant injection mode. In the used lubricant removal mode, a vacuum is applied by the vacuum manifold to create a vacuum to draw lubricant into a used lubricant tank. In the new lubricant injection mode, pressurized air is supplied by the pressurized air manifold to pressurize a new lubricant tank, which urges lubricant out of the new lubricant tank.
