摘要： The foldable ladder with foldable steps (35) comprises of ladder posts (5) and ladder steps (6) wherein they are both consist of rods with spaces in between. The spaces in the ladder steps (6) are intended for ladder posts (5) to fit in and the spaces in the ladder posts (5) are intended for the ladder steps (6) to fit in. This makes the rods of ladder posts (5) and the rods ladder steps (6) alternates with each other. The ladder steps (6) and the ladder posts (5) are not screwed together and upon folding the subject ladder (36), the ladder steps (6) would fold by sliding one side upwards at the ladder posts (5). The ladder casing which is attached at the ladder posts (4) and ladder posts (5) wherein it automatically encloses other ladder parts when the ladder is close and divides when the ladder is open.

摘要： Disclosed is a safety ladder for protecting a lineman or firefighter from a flash fire. The ladder has the appearance of a conventional ladder but includes interlocking plates positioned in between the rungs along the rails. Attached to the plates are fluid conduits that allow for the dispensing of a hydrated super absorbent polymer having superior fire suppression to be sprayed over an individual using the ladder should a fire erupt. The mounting plates have spray nozzles attached to the conduit located along the rails of the ladder so as to not infer with normal use of the ladder. A pressurized container of hydrated super absorbent polymer is coupled to the ladder. The hydrated super absorbent polymer is discharged through a solenoid valve which can be operated by the individual using the ladder with a button attached to the ladder or activated by a heat sensor attached to the ladder.

By integrating the light diodes in the bars of the ladder such that the light diodes are countersunk relative to the surface of the bas, the light diodes will be automatically protected. While at the same time using light diodes emitting light in different directions, the safety installation can be made visible in darkness when viewed from angles encompassing about 180°.

摘要： The invention relates to a ladder which includes a support device. A mounting plate is securely fixed to an outer surface of a side rail of a ladder, adjacent one end of the ladder. A removable wheel assembly has a frame which is removably supported on mating interfitting parts between the wheel assembly and the support member or plate. The support member includes a bracket member and a rotatable device such as a wheel housed in the bracket member. The bracket member includes a U-shaped section for retaining the wheel member, and an elongated section for attachment to the ladder. The device is used for easily moving the ladder from one place to another. The interchange from one ladder to another is simply by unbuckling it from one ladder, pull it off, slide it on the new ladder and buckle it back on. The ladder wheel should be placed between the top of the ladder and the first step from the top of the ladder.
