    • A parallel hinge (1) comprising a first and second parallel tracks (3, 4) for mounting the hinge (1) to a vent. The link mechanism comprises a first (10), a second (20) and a third (30) link arm.     • A sash reversing fitting for securing a window sash (7) to a window frame (6) and of the type enabling a relative 180 DEG reversal of the sash (7) relative to the frame (6), the upper end of the sash (7) being permanently vertically slidably and pivotally fitted in a channel (14) in the frame (6).
