摘要： A tag housing assembly for attaching an electronic tag to an extending neck of a bottle with a perimetrical undercut thereabout. The tag housing assembly includes a tag housing, at least one electronic tag and a retaining device. The tag housing includes a perimetrical exterior side wall extending between a top surface and a base plate to define an interior and an opening extending through the top surface and base plate for receiving the extending neck of the bottle. The at least one electronic tag is located in the interior. The retaining device extends into the opening and defines an adjustable aperture for engaging the extending neck of the bottle. When the tag housing is in a closed position, the retaining device is secured to the neck of the bottle.

摘要： A bottle security device includes a housing with an electronic surveillance article tag therein and a ratchet strap which extends from the housing and loops around the bottle neck to secure the device thereto. The strap has one-way locking teeth which are lockably engaged by a locking mechanism in the housing when the strap is inserted therein to secure the strap in a locked position. The housing has first and second opposed outer surfaces which taper radially outwardly and toward one another in a manner which makes the housing difficult to grasp manually or otherwise, thus helping prevent the breakage and removal of the device from the bottle. The tapered outer surfaces also serve to deflect impact forces to the housing to help prevent unauthorized removal of the device. An arcuate channel of the housing receives and aligns the strap for improved locking capability.

The cap member and the outer member are connected to form an enclosure which houses a locking mechanism. 摘要： The invention relates to an anti-shop-lifting device, intended to be passed onto and locked to a bottle-neck having an external circumferential bead. The device comprises an outer socket (15) which can be shifted in relation to an inner socket (10) between two end positions and is locked by latch means (24) in one end position.
