    • The invention relates to methods for ensuring the secrecy of a lock mechanism and to lock-key mechanisms for carrying out said methods. The lock being turned without an appropriate key, the locking mechanism can stop of transmitting therethrough the actuation force to the actuating element of the lock at any moment of time while said element is displaced by the lock mechanism. The lock mechanism comprises an element (42) movable by a key (72), and an actuating pin (52), a fixing element (6) and a secret means which are arranged on said element (42). The secret means comprises elements (44 and 46), each element being arranged in such a way that it acts on the fixing element with one part thereof and can move and act on the fixing element with the other part thereof. The elements (67 and 66) are arranged in such a way that they contact the areas (73 and 74) of the moving key (72) and can move the elements (44 and 46) of the secret means which are also displaceable with respect whereto. The inventive key is provided with a lock actuating element (75) arranged on one section thereof, the elements (73 and 74) contacting the elements (67 and 66) being arranged on the other part thereof. The lock mechanism being actuated with the aid of the key, the position of the elements (44 and 46) of the secret means thereof is adjusted with respect to fixing element (6) but not effecting it, and the working position of the actuating pin (52) remains unchanged.
