摘要： The inventive wind and weather protective device is configured as a folding pavilion. The folding pavilion has a folding roof (1) with circular sections. In two preferred embodiments, the maximum angle at which the pavilion opens out is 180 DEG , 90 DEG or 270 DEG . The roof (1) comprises a central node element (2) to which several roof beams (11) are fastened. The roof beams (11) bear a canvas cover (21). At least one clamping device is used to unfold the roof. The pavilion can have vertical side props. Each side prop is allocated to the outer end of a roof beam. The pavilion can also be fitted with a lateral partition wall. A tightening device can be used to prevent the folded canvas cover from hanging too far downwards.

摘要： A cover with a mechanical closing system assisted by hydraulic ballasting, particularly for covering a swimming pool or similar, is disclosed. It comprises a mobile element forming a tunnel, mounted on retractable wheels and extended by one or two bellow portions mounted on pivoting frames. The end frames are made up of flexible tubular elements which rest on the ground when the bellow portions are extended. They communicate with two water reservoirs on each side of the mobile element so that the said tubular elements are filled with water when resting on the ground and drain back into the reservoirs when the bellow portions are raised by means of a cable and winch system aimed at facilitating the manoeuvre. The cover is intended particularly as a temporary cover for swimming pools or sports grounds, but can also be used wherever a removable cover is required.

The flexible wall support comprises a pole that may or may not be extensible, with clamping means at the distal ends enabling the wall support to be detachably connected to the structural aspect of the tent. The extensible variant comprises one or more inner tubes and one or more outer tubes with clamping means present in the mid-section. The length of the device is adjusted by sliding the inner and outer tubes apart, or together. The length is maintained by the clamping means in the mid-section. By attaching the flexible wall support to the tent structure and then lengthening the pole, it is possible to obtain a curvature which props the tent walls outwards.

For example, in various implementations, the tent includes a frame assembly that includes two or more frame members and two hubs spaced apart from each other. Ends of the frame members are coupled to the hubs. At least one of the frame members is pivotably coupled to the hubs via pivotable brackets. The pivotably coupled frame member pivot about a first axis extending through each end of the pivotably coupled frame member and the respective pivotable bracket, and the pivotable brackets pivot about a second axis extending through the pivotable bracket and the respective hub, wherein the first axis is spaced apart from the first axis. The pivotable brackets allow the tent to be moved between the collapsed and expanded positions quickly and with minimal effort.
