    • The present invention relating to a method and associated devices for a slipform for slipform casting of vertical or inclined wall structures of concrete. According to the invention, the slipform sides have no connecting yoke. The horizontal concrete pressure against the slipform sides, during the casting process, is transferred by vertically or obliquely upright guide beams (7) down to the underlying finished, hardened slipform-cast concrete wall (8). Without a connecting yoke, there is no physical obstacle to lifting in, with a crane for direct installation in the slip, industrially prefabricated cages (13) of vertical reinforcing bars or mats (21) of horizontal reinforcing bars.

    • The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for building structures including residential and commercial structures using a dynamic flexible extrusion process and associated apparatus. NMore particularly, the present invention relates to a dynamic extrusion process by which interior, exterior, bearing and non-bearing walls, floors and/or ceiling are constructed in one extrusion process using curable materials pumped into a mold (200) designed for a desired extruded configuration or shape or extrudate profile, where the model can follow a predetermined course of a course varied on-the-fly. The invention also relates to a moving mold apparatus that permits an entire structure to be constructed onsite.

    • The invention provides an assembly (1) and an improved method of constructing a concrete tower. The method includes steps of erecting a central pillar (2), mounting a platform (3) on the central pillar (2), setting a slipform defining a portion of the concrete tower, pouring liquid concrete from the plat- form into the slipform (4), and leaving the liquid concrete to solidify in the slipform (4). The slipforming repeats to form further portions of the concrete tower. Each of the further portions of the concrete tower is formed on top of a preceding one of the portions of the concrete tower. The assembly (1) includes a central pillar (2), at least one slipform (4) and a platform (3) mountable on the central pillar (2) and comprising means for pouring liquid concrete into the at least one slipform (4).

    • An improved method and apparatus for making structures and forts out of sand, snow or other types of formable material. The apparatus includes a collapsible and stackable form comprising a plurality of vertical wall members connected along adjacent vertical edges to form a geometric volume that include support openings along its wall members lower edges for receiving a support member, and further having an open top and bottom perimeter which allows the stackable form to be continuously filled, removed and stacked on top of previously formed block members thus allowing the user to create multiple tiered structures.

    • A climbing mast assembly (40), including a mast (42) having multiple recesses (45) thereon spaced longitudinally along the mast. A pair of ratchet housings (56) is mounted to be relatively slideable along the mast and including means to mount one or more jacks (55) for coupling the housings and operable to adjust the relative separation of the housings along the mast. First ratchet elements (60a) are mounted on the respective ratchet housings for reciprocatory sliding movement, transversely of the mast, and selectively positionable to successively engage said recesses to limit return travel of the respective housing as it is advanced up the mast by operation of said jack(s). Second ratchet elements (60b) are mounted on the respective ratchet housings for reciprocatory sliding movement, transversely of the mast, and selectively positionable to successively engage said recesses to allow lifting of the mast by the jack(s) and to limit return travel of the mast when it is being raised relative to the respective housings.
