    • Provided herein is an accessory kit (100) for a curb-mounted skylight (200), including accessory frame members (50), corner keys (90), brackets (102), and an accessory (110). The frame members (50), which have mitered ends, are sized to the dimensions of the skylight opening (400) and are configured to interlock with a corner key (90) to form an accessory frame (120). The corner keys (90) are configured to join the frame members (50) at their respective -mitered ends and include at least one detent (76a, 76b) for interlocking with a portion of the accessory frame member (50). Brackets (102) are also provided for holding the accessory (110) within the accessory frame (120), and the accessory (110) (for example, blinds or a shade) having end portions complementary to the brackets (102) is also included herein. The accessory kit (100) may further comprise a flexible gasket (40). The kit (100) may be shipped in an unassembled form and be assembled on-site without the need for tools.

    • An insulating panel system (1) comprises a composite panel (2) with an opening (3) provided therethrough. A translucent panel (4) is mounted to the composite panel (2) by an upstand frame (5) and an upstand capping (6). The upstand frame (5) comprises four upstand frame elements (20) and the upstand capping (6) comprises four capping elements (21) which are both typically of extruded plastics such as PVC. At least some are interengagable, by snap-fitting. Each upstand element (20) has a lower outwardly extending projection (30) which engages the inner liner sheet (11) of the composite panel adjacent the panel opening (3). A structural adhesive (19) is applied at the joint to ensure fixing and joint sealing. The upstand element (20) also has an upper seat (31) with a polymeric seal (32) projecting therefrom. The seal (32) may be co-extruded with the upstand element (20). In use, the edge of the translucent panel (4) is located on the seat (31) and the seal (32) engages against the inner face of the panel (4). When the translucent panel (4) is in place at least some of the capping elements (21) are snap fitted over the upstand elements (20). Each capping element (21) also has a seal (35) which engages against the outer face of the translucent panel (4).

    • The present invention is a curb assembly system for modifying a metal building. The apparatus comprises a plurality of mounting brackets, at least two caps, at least two side rails, at least two end panels, and a plurality of screws. The mounting brackets are placed on support structure of the building, one of the at least two end panels is placed at the low point of the building, one of the at least two side rails is placed on the edge of an existing building panel, the at least two caps are placed a determined distance from each other, another of the at least two side rails is placed parallel to the first side rail, and another of the at least two end panels is placed at the high point of the building, such that there is created a "curb" comprised of the side rails and caps which can support an device or feature that is secured thereon.
