    • Die Erfindung richtet sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gebäudes als Fachwerk-, Rahmen- oder Ständerbau, mit einem tragenden Gerüst aus Ständern und/oder Streben, mit folgenden Schritten: a) Plattenförmige Wandbauelemente werden in den Bereichen späterer Ständer und/oder Streben des Fachwerks, Rahmen- oder Ständerbaus mit Schrauben versehen, derart, dass deren Spitzen in die späteren Ständer und/oder Streben hineinragen; b) durch Leisten und/oder Isolationsmaterial werden hinter den plattenförmigen Wandbauelementen Schalungen für das tragende Gerüst aus Ständern und/oder Streben angefertigt; c) die verschalten Bereiche für das Gerüst werden mit einer tragfähigen, aushärtenden Masse gefüllt, insbesondere mit Beton, wobei die erhärtende Masse die im Schritt a) eingesetzten Schrauben umfliesst; d) nach dem Schritt a), spätestens nach dem Aushärten der Masse, werden aus die plattenförmigen Wandelemente aufgestellt, fixiert und ausgerichtet; e) Installationselemente für Strom, Wasser, Heizung, etc. werden an der Außenseite der plattenförmigen Wandbauelemente montiert; f) plattenförmige Wandbauelemente werden an den Außenseiten der Ständer und/oder Streben des tragenden Fachwerk-, Rahmen- oder Ständergerüsts fixiert; g) die verbliebenen Zwischenräume zwischen den plattenförmigen Wandbauelementen, den Elementen des tragenden Gerüsts und/oder den Installationselmenten für Strom, Wasser, Heizung, etc. werden mit einem Schüttmaterial oder mit einem Isoliermaterial gefüllt.

    • The invention concerns a method for constructing individual houses using modular panels made of composite synthetic materials used as rough work structure and waterproof and aesthetic finish, consisting in an individual house-building method eliminating insulation and waterproofing works on peripheral walls by using prefabricated modular panels (1) made of synthetic composite materials capable of fitting into one another. The prefabricated modular panels (1) are set by means of a positioning sill plate fixed to the floor, and are fitted into one another, thereby ensuring quick assembly. Moreover, the panel (1) sides have an outline (2) such that their assembly provides the formwork (4) for the armoured concrete vertical bearing posts (15). The panel (1) top has a drip rail (3) serving as formwork for an armoured concrete horizontal peripheral wall tie (16). The armoured concrete structure formed by the vertical bearing posts (15) and the horizontal peripheral wall tie (3) is in conformity with the current quakeproof regulations. Said method is particularly suitable for constructing individual houses, but is applicable to other types of buildings.

    • A wall assembly for forming an external wall on a building structure is disclosed. The wall assembly comprises a cladding (12) and a plurality of vertical formwork members (14, 16) spaced from each other along the wall assembly, and a horizontal formwork member (50) extending along the top of the wall assembly. The formwork members (14, 16, 50) are elongate profiles having a substantially constant cross sectional shape and they are arranged so that the formwork member/s and the cladding form an interconnected formwork defining a formwork space. The cementitious material that is cast within the formwork space is interconnected and forms a single underlying structural frame within the constructed wall assembly. The assembly includes a plurality of connectors (20, 56) extending between each vertical and horizontal formwork member (14, 16), and (50) and the cladding on which it is mounted. Each connector (20, 56) extends from the cladding (12) through the formwork space to the formwork member (14, 16, 50) so that it is cast within the cementitious material. A method of building a wall assembly is also disclosed.

    • A method of forming a structural element for a structure (10) is disclosed. The method includes arranging wall panels (20) in their position on the wall of the structure (10) such that they form an inner wall layer (14) and an outer wall layer (16). The wall panels (20) are also arranged so that they form a formwork (18) defining an elongate formwork zone (19). The method further includes pouring a flowable cementitious material into the formwork (18) that is capable of setting when it is allowed to stand. This causes a structural element (36) to be cast within the formwork zone (19) which is strong and is capable of carrying structural load. The formwork space can be vertically extending to form a vertical structural element such as a post or stud. Further the elongate formwork space can also be horizontally extending to form a structural element such as a beam or a plate. This technique which uses wall cladding such as wall panels to form the formwork can also be used to form an entire structural frame of a building.
