摘要： The present invention discloses a kind of cotton stalk peel fiber, which is a natural spinning fiber made of cotton stalk peel through processing. The length of the fiber is 5 mm-65 mm with the fineness of 0.3-2.5 D, the strength of 0.284-0.432 N/tex and the extensibility at break of 3% to -4%. The steps for processing are the following: peeling, skimming, degumming, preserving, cutting, tanning, opening, combing, baking, boxing and classifying, baling. The invention provides a kind of cheap and widely used natural fiber for textile, which has similar quality of jute fiber and stronger strength than that of cotton fiber and can be cospinned with other natural fibers, staple fiber or regenerated fiber into fiber yarns for different uses.

The invention provides a kind of basic textile fibre for textile industry. The raw materials of said fibre, tree basts, are cheap and widely found. Said fibre has the similar performance of jute fibre, stronger strength than that of cotton fibre and good dyeing ability with wide use prospect, and can be co-spinned with other natural fibres, staple fibre or regenerated fibre into fibre yarns.

摘要： The present invention relates to a process of producing a fibre mat using fibre from oil palm, comprising the steps of de-oiling and dewatering of a shredded fibre by pressure press, drying said shredded fibre in a drying device, feeding said dried shredded fibre in a hopper, distributing said dried shredded fibre discharged from said hopper onto a conveyor by a brush roller, stitching said fibre together into a mat form, spraying latex onto said stitched fibre to maintain the shape of the fibre mat, and drying the fibre mat in an oven. The fibre mat can be cut into various shapes for use as furniture fillings, sandstorm controller, and soil erosion controller or moulded into variety sizes and shapes for use as flowerpot.
