    • A crane for lifting a load is applicable to a vehicle, in particular a motor vehicle or truck and comprises an extensible arm which is articulated at a respective end (3') to a pivoting arm and which can be lifted and lowered relative to the latter. The extensible arm (3) comprises a member (31) which is articulated to the pivoting arm from which extend a plurality of sliding members (40, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39), terminating with an end sliding member (40). The members (31, 40, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) of the extensible arm (3) are coaxially inserted inside one another and are telescopically movable relative to each other between a respective retracted position and a respective extended position under the action of corresponding telescopic drive means (4). The telescopic drive means (4) comprise a first and a second actuator which are located inside respective members (31, 40, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39) of the extensible arm (3).

    • A telescoping boom crane having a multi-sectioned, telescopically extending boom (20) and an extensible pendant support system (60). The extending boom includes boom sections (14, 16) that are extensibly receivable within the adjacent boom section (12, 14). The boom sections are made of a sheet material. A releasable locking mechanism (18) may be attached to the boom sections to secure the boom sections. The extensible pendant support system includes a plurality of pendants (62, 64, 66). The pendants are extensibly receivable within an adjacent pendant. The pendant support system at least partially supports the boom when a load is applied to the boom. Further, the support system may include a forestay length locking device (10) functioning to prohibit extension of a subsequent pendant from an adjacent pendant once the former pendant achieves an extended position.

    • The invention relates to a crane with a telescope jib comprising lengths (2-5) which can be telescoped outwards one by one. These lengths are fitted in a base jib (1). On release of locking pin joints (13, 13'), said lengths (2-5) can be pushed out or in by means of a hydraulic piston cylinder unit, and are bolted in the respective in or out position by means of locking bolts (2A-5A). Both the inner and the outer end of the mobile element (6, 16) of the piston cylinder unit have a safety and locking unit which can be coupled to the recesses (2B, 2B'-5B, 5B', 34.1-34.4) of the telescopic lengths.
