    • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Einspritzwerkzeug für die Herstellung von Bauteilen im Spritzgussverfahren, mit mehreren Kavitäten (5) zur Formung jeweils eines Produkts, mit einer Einspritzdüse (6) zum Einspritzen von Kunststoffen für jede Kavität (5), wobei eine Einspritzdüse (6) einen Einspritzkanal aufweist, der durch eine Düsennadel (14) verschließbar ist, um den Einspritzvorgang zu steuern, und wobei eine Betätigungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die dazu ausgebildet ist, die Düsennadel (14) zwischen einer ersten Endstellung und einer zweiten Endstellung in Axialrichtung zu bewegen, wobei ein verstellbarer Anschlag (18) vorgesehen ist, der die erste Endstellung festlegt. Eine gezielte Steuerung des Materialflusses kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass der verstellbare Anschlag (18) als Schraube ausgebildet ist, die koaxial zur Düsennadel (14) ausgebildet ist und durch einen Elektromotor (13) verstellbar ist. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines solchen Einspritzwerkzeugs.

    • The present invention relates to a valve device of an injection molding machine for multicavity molds, which can control a plurality of nozzles used with a multicavity mold at one time using a single actuating source. Because the valve device of the present invention can open or close the gates of the multiple nozzles at one time using the single actuating source and can control the timing to open or close the nozzle gates, the valve device prevents the production of bad quality plastic products, and enables the manufacture of high quality molded products in large quantities. Particularly, even when resin hardens in the nozzle of the valve device and a valve pin is forcibly moved upwards or downwards in the hardening resin, the present invention prevents damage or breakage of the valve pin, thus improving stability and reliability of the valve device.
