    • The invention relates to a homogenization and tempering container (2.1), especially for polyol components of a polyurethane injection molding facilities, comprising a heat exchanger (14) tempering the polyol components and a recirculation pump recirculating a partial volume of the polyol charge of the container from the outlet (36) of the container to the inlet (20) of the container while heating the mixing head of the injection molding facility. According to the invention, the heat exchanger (14) is dipped into the polyol components, is arranged at a distance from the container wall (12) and is surrounded by at least one partition wall (22) dividing the container (2.1) into concentric annular chambers (24, 26) in such a way that the flow path of the recirculated partial polyol fraction runs in countercurrent direction through the heat exchanger and the annular chambers, thereby considerably reducing structural complexity and energy consumption without requiring a mixer while ensuring a high degree of efficiency in homogenization and tempering.

Furthermore, we disclose a cascade of such reactors and a method of using such reactors to mix fluids, typically but non-exclusively so as to produce such particles.
