摘要： A fire sprinkler head (12) has a valve (42) with an X-brace latch (54), and includes a flexible conduit (14). A sprinkler nozzle (16) is secured to a first end of the flexible conduit (14). The sprinkler nozzle (16) includes a first fitting (28), a sprinkler orifice (20) and fusible element (22). A second fitting (40) is secured to the second end of the flexible conduit (14) and includes the valve (42). The valve (42) has a valve element (44) which is moveable from a latched position to an unlatched position. A flexible link (56) extends from the sprinkler nozzle (16) to the X-brace valve latch (54). Breaking of the fusible element (22) releases the flexible link (56) to move from the latched position to the unlatched position, releasing the valve (42) for flow there-through.

摘要： Known fire extinguishing systems have problems with the binding of cables and with adjustment of the system. When the known systems are used in vehicles, these systems are effected by vibration. A fire extinguishing system including a vessel (10) for receipt of a fire extinguishing material and having an outlet (12) closed by a flow control mechanism (14). A linkage (20, 30) provides for suitable operation or actuation of the flow control mechanism (14). A double rod ended cylinder (36) is employed for operating the linkage in response to a remotely generated pressure signal or in response to manual actuation by a manual actuator (66) coupled to one of the rod ends (38). This system eliminates cable binding and adjustment problems. When this system is used in a vehicle, they are less effected by vibration.

摘要： The subject of this invention is a sauna ventilation and fire prevention system which is built into the stove (1) as a single part belonging to it. The ventilation system includes, where required, a heat recovery unit (4), air inlet, circulation, and outlet ducts with ventilators (16 and 21) and air filters (22), outlet and inlet air impellers (17), air humidifier and mixture systems (19 and 20), condensed water removal system (12 and 14) and moisture sensor equipment (15) and operating equipment (3). The structure attached to the stove also includes an advance fire prevention system which monitors that the temperature of the surrounding area remains within a predetermined permitted range and which system, where necessary, limits the temperature of the stove to prevent the outbreak of fire. 摘要： An actuator assembly for use in fire suppression systems for use in vehicle and industrial fire protection systems. The actuator assembly engages a cartridge of pressurized gas and releases the gas contained therein with a puncturing assembly. The actuator assembly includes a receptacle that controls the manner in which the actuator assembly and cartridge engage one another. The actuator assembly is configured for electrical and pneumatic actuation for rupturing the seal of the cartridge of pressurized gas. The actuator assembly has a housing that includes at least one inlet port that is coupled to a pressurized gas source, which is formed between a first chamber for electrical components sealed from the operative environment of the actuator assembly and a second chambers for the puncturing assembly. The actuator assembly allows for serial interconnection of multiple actuator assemblies for operation by a single source of pressurized gas.
