摘要： A liquid extraction cleaning device comprises a main unit, a liquid pump, a flexible hose, and a hand tool. The main unit comprises a vacuum pump. The hand tool comprises a vacuum inlet port, an agitator, a spray nozzle, and a grip portion. The vacuum inlet port of the hand tool is operatively connected to the vacuum pump via the hose passageway in a manner such that the vacuum pump is capable of drawing fluid through the vacuum inlet port and into the hose passageway. The spray nozzle is operatively connected to the liquid pump in a manner such that the liquid pump is capable of forcing liquid out of the spray nozzle.

摘要： A wet extraction floor cleaning device (10) having a base assembly (12) adapted for movement on a surface being cleaned, an operating handle (14) pivotally attached to the base assembly (12), a supply tank (2414) having a supply tank outlet (2810), and a recovery tank (2416) having a recovery tank inlet (2712) and a recovery tank outlet (2718). The base assembly (12) has an inlet nozzle (2432) that extends from an inlet slit (2400) proximal the surface being cleaned to a nozzle outlet (2442). The device (10) further includes a fluid deposition assembly (3000) that can be selectively placed in fluid communication with the supply tank outlet (2810), a vacuum source, and first and second external pockets (2422, 2424),. The supply and recovery tanks (2414, 2416) are adapted to be selectively placed in the first and second external pockets (2422, 2424), thereby placing the supply tank outlet (2810) in fluid communication with the fluid deposition system, the recovery tank inlet (2712) in fluid communication with the nozzle outlet (2442), and the recovery tank outlet (2718) in fluid communication with the vacuum source inlet.

摘要： Ein Verfahren zum Abreinigen einer insbesondere mit Kaugummi verunreinigten, befestigten Bodenfläche (12) durch mechanisches Einwirken auf die Verunreinigung mittels wenigstens einer unter einer Haube (2) bewegten Bürste B und durch Zuführen von Heißdampf an die abzureinigende Verunreinigung, zeichnet sich durch folgende Schritte aus: − Einleiten von druckbeaufschlagtem Heißdampf als Precursor für eine Reinigungsflüssigkeit in eine zur Bodenfläche (12) hin offene, seitlich bodenseitig abgedichtete Behandlungskammer (3), − Bereitstellen eines heißen, in Kontakt mit der abzureinigenden Bodenfläche stehenden Reinigungsflüssigkeitsbades (14) innerhalb der Behandlungskammer (3) für die Dauer des Abreinigungsprozesses durch Kondensieren von zugeführtem Heißdampf in der Behandlungskammer (3) und Aufstauen des Kondensates als Reinigungsflüssigkeit bis zu einer eine maximale Füllstandshöhe nicht überschreitenden Füllstandshöhe, und − Durchführen der mechanischen Bürstenbearbeitung der Bodenfläche (12) in dem heißen Reinigungsflüssigkeitsbad (14) bei gleichzeitigem Absaugen der aus der Behandlungskammer (3) austretenden bzw. ausgetretener Schmutzflüssigkeit. 摘要： A floor cleaning machine has a housing and a movable hood that covers over vacuum and liquid hoses of the machine that are visible in prior art floor cleaning machines. The vacuum and liquid hoses are each pivotally connected to a wall of the machine housing and are also pivotally connected to a transparent dome provided on the hood. These connections reduce stresses on the hoses when the hood is moved and allow the dome to pivot relative to the hood. The floor cleaning machine also has a pair of slit orifices that eject fan spray patterns of cleaning liquid that are non-coplanar and do not intersect each other. Furthermore, the floor cleaning machine has an oscillating brush assembly that includes a brush that is replaceable without using tools. The brush height can be adjusted via an adjustment member provided on the oscillating portion of the assembly.
