In another embodiment, an end panel comprises a pair of folded over panels (30 and 32), one of which includes a notch (32c) in an edge adjacent to the fold line (34) so that the end panels form a recessed pocket for, e.g., a credit card. In a further embodiment, the display portion includes a relief member (36) or gate so as to, e.g., accommodate thicker elements such as CD-ROMs.
