The second distance is less than the first distance. A stroller for transporting an infant or toddler includes a frame and the diaper-changing platform system. The chair has a base frame (61, 62) with a first pair of upwardly and rearwardly extending forward frame members and a second pair of upwardly extending frame members (62) mounted behind the first on to which are respectively slidably mounted a seat back (70) and seat portion (63).
