摘要： A regenerative amplifier circuit should reduce the effects of the inherent, thermal power loss-dependent feedback of a transistor of the circuit. A conventional linear negative feedback can only reduce such effects to a limited extent, and at the same time reduces the linear amplification. A positive feedback according to DE-PS 33 35 170 is also insufficient because it does not correctly take into account the properties of the thermal power-dependent inherent feedback. The object of the invention is not only to reduce the effects of said feedback, but also to eliminate them. For that purpose, an outer positive feedback component that simulates the inherent feedback is connected to the transistor in the circuit whose inherent feedback may be characterised by power loss shaping, power shaping LF, and a low-pass property based on thermal impedance Zth.
