The toe spring can be between about 7 mm and about 10 mm. The heel height can be 100 mm or less, from the bottom of the heel base to an upper-rear peripheral point of the heel seat. And the heel seat has a pitch that is controlled to about 20 mm or less, and preferably 15-20 mm.
