    • The present invention relates to a method whereby the base-sequence of a target polynucleotide is non-specifically extended to the base sequence length required for an intended purpose. The present invention can improve the sensitivity of detection or the reproducibility of detection of target polynucleotides, and can be put to use as a basic technique that can be put to service in various technologies for analysing single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and whether a target polynucleotide is present in a sample by using electrical-signal based biosensors and microfluidic chips and PCR amplification products; for example various technologies such as PCR-SSCP, microarray chips, multiplex PCR, real-time PCR, RFLP and electrophoretic analysis.
