    • A method of drilling a subterranean well from a surface location. The method comprises estimating a target formation depth, estimating a target formation dip angle and calculating a target line that creates a top and bottom of the target formation that forms a first projection window. The method further includes drilling within the first projection window, transmitting information from the subterranean well and projecting a target deviation window. The method may further comprise ceasing the drilling of the well and performing a well survey so that well survey information is generated. The method may then include estimating a formation dip angle with the well survey information and rig surface equipment monitoring data, calculating a target line that creates a revised top and bottom of the target formation that forms a second projection window, and drilling within the second projection window.

    • An apparatus and method for drawing down a fluid level in a well bore. The apparatus and method includes a first tubular disposed within the well bore forming a well bore annulus therein, an annular nozzle connected to an end of the first tubular, and a second tubular concentrically disposed within the first tubular forming a micro annulus. The annular nozzle includes an annular adapter and a suction tube having an internal section and an external section with an outer diameter less than the outer diameter of the first tubular. The external section of the suction tube may be positioned within a restricted section of the well bore, for example, within a restricted well bore section containing a casing liner to drawn down the fluids and solids within the well bore to produce hydrocarbons.

    • A system and method for drilling a well bore with an under-balanced hydrostatic pressure. The system comprises a tubular containing a first port and wherein a well bore annulus is formed between the well bore and the tubular member, and a compression member disposed about the outer portion of the tubular member, the compression member having extending therefrom an internal sliding mandrel, and wherein the internal sliding mandrel contains a second port. The system further comprises an external sliding sleeve operatively associated with the internal sliding mandrel, wherein the external sliding sleeve containing a third port, and wherein in a closed position the first, second and third port are misaligned and in an open position the first, second and third port are aligned. The system also includes a compressible seal disposed about the external sliding sleeve and in contact with the internal sliding mandrel, the compressible seal responsive to a longitudinal weight transferred to the compression member. Also, a work string may be included, with the work string positioned within the tubular, with the work string having a drill bit attached at a distal end of the work string, and wherein a work string annulus is formed relative to the tubular and the work string.

    • An apparatus for drawing a fluid level in a wellbore. The apparatus comprises a first tubular disposed within the wellbore so that a wellbore annulus is formed. The apparatus further includes an annular nozzle operatively attached to the first tubular, and wherein the annular nozzle comprises: an annular adapter, and, a suction tube that extends from the annular member into an inner portion of the first tubular.
