摘要： Resonator arrangement in an acoustic muffler for a refrigeration compressor having a shell (1), inside which is mounted an acoustic muffler comprising a hollow body (10) defining at least one dampening chamber (13), which carries a gas inlet duct (20) and a gas outlet duct (30), each presenting a respective length and having a respective wall thickness, at least one of the gas inlet and gas outlet ducts (20, 30) carrying, extending along at least part of its length, a respective plurality of tube type resonant ducts (40), each resonant duct (40) presenting a first end (41), open to the interior of the respective gas duct (20, 30) and a second end (42), opposed to and spaced from the first end (41), each said resonant duct (40) being dimensioned to present a determined length and a determined diameter, which are calculated to define a certain reactive impedance and a certain dissipative impedance for the acoustic muffler, in a determined frequency band.

摘要： The acoustic muffler (F) is mounted to a discharge tube (10) of the compressor and comprises a tubular body (20) which is internally divided, by a dividing wall (23): in a first chamber (C1) connected, by a first discharge tube portion (11), to a gas outlet (1) of the compressor; and, in a second chamber (C2) maintained in fluid communication with the first chamber (C1) through a passage (23a) in the dividing wall (23) and connected, by a second discharge tube portion (12), to a refrigeration system (2). The second chamber (C2) has a volume which is only a fraction of the volume of the first chamber (C1), so as to produce, through the passage (23a), impedance differences capable of reflecting at least part of the pulsation energy to be attenuated in the compressor operating frequencies.

摘要： The present invention relates to a suspension disposed between a compression unit and the hermetic housing of hermetic reciprocating compressors for mobile application, such as, for example, application in automotive vehicles and similar, and to the method of assembly of the components that constitute the referred suspension. According to the present invention, it is disclosed a suspension for hermetic reciprocating compressor for mobile application capable of reducing the effects of an eventual and involuntary sudden movement of the compression unit and also of minimizing the transfer of vibrations and noises deriving from the environment outside the hermetic housing to the compression unit.
