摘要： The invention relates to a bioreactor for processing solid and/or high-viscosity mass with a dry matter content of 10-100%, which bioreactor includes a vertical reactor tank. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing and using this kind of bioreactor. Inside the reactor tank (10) of a bioreactor according to the invention, spaced apart from the reactor tank inner wall surfaces and ceiling, there is arranged a vertical cylindrical heat exchanger (2), advantageously for example a water heat exchanger, inside which there is arranged a mass conveyor (1 ), conveying upwardly and/or downwardly, the low point of said mass conveyor (1) being located in the vicinity of the low point of the heat exchanger (2), for instance immediately underneath it, for conveying mass into the heat exchanger (2) and out of it.

摘要： A forming method for producing wall and ceiling cladding sheets from sheetmetal, wherein embossed patterns are pressed into a metal sheet so that they cover the entire surface area of the sheet substantially uniformly. In the method, the embossed pattern is formed from a numober of flute portions oriented at an angle to each other and an intersection of these, the intersection and all the flute portions extending from it to a distance from the intersection being produced in a single embossing operation. In addition, the metal sheet is clamped from opposite sides in an area outside the embossed pattern and held in place so that the embossed pattern is mainly produced as a result of the sheet being stretched in the area of the embossed partner, and the separately pressed embossed patterns are joined together in the areas of the flute portions.
