    • Plastic test tube for taking blood samples, comprising a hollow tubular body (10) and an adhesive protective film (20) able to adhere to the tubular body (10). The tubular body (10) is made of polyethylene terephthalate and has: a tubular wall 11 which delimits a working volume Vu and defines an outer surface Se; an open mouth 12 for insertion of liquids at a first end 11' of the wall 11; and a bottom (13) for closing a second end 11" of the wall 11. The adhesive protective film (20) is able to adhere to the wall 11 of the tubular body (10) over at least a portion of the outer surface Se. The test tube 1 is characterized in that the wall 11 of the tubular body (10) has a thickness si in the range of 1 to 3 mm and in that the protective film (20) is defined by a layer (21) of polypropylene, polyethylene or copolymers thereof . The layer has a thickness s2 in the range of between 40 and 60 µm and is able to form a liquid barrier.

    • Process for the injection moulding of plastic material for making laboratory test tubes comprising a step of prearranging at least one mould (1) which defines, by means of an external female element (10) and an internal male element (20), a forming chamber (2) for a test tube. The chamber (2) has a main longitudinal extension along a central axis X. The female element (10) includes a bottom portion (30) and a head portion (40) in which an inlet mouth (41) has been made for the male element (20). Furthermore, the process comprises a step of inserting the male element (20) inside the female element (10) along the central axis X, an injection step wherein the melted plastic material is introduced under pressure inside the forming chamber (2)through a plurality of injection points (60) made on the female element (10), a filling step, wherein the plastic material progressively fills the forming chamber (2) to obtain the test tube, an evacuation step of the air, simultaneous with the filling step, an extraction step of the male element (20) from the female element (10) and a step of removal of the test tube from mould (1). In the evacuation step the air contained in the forming chamber (2) progressively exits from mould (1) under the pressure of the melted plastic material through a multiplicity of slits (70) made on the female element (10) at different heights along the above-mentioned central axis X. The slits (70) have dimensions such as to allow the passage of the air and at the same time to block the emission of the melted plastic material from the forming chamber (2). The invention moreover concerns a mould usable in the moulding process.

    • The invention relates to a hermetically sealable container (1) for liquids comprising a container body (10), and a cap (20), configured to close the mouth (13) of the container body (10) and achieve a hermetic seal therewith. The cap (20) comprises a main gripping body (21), and a coupling appendage (22), which is intended to be inserted inside the container body (10) through the mouth (13). The inner surface (110) of a tubular container wall (11) comprises: a conical guide surface (111); an intermediate surface (112) that connects said conical guide surface (111) to a shoulder (113). The intermediate surface (112) defines a first annular prominence (115) in the vicinity of said shoulder (113). The coupling appendage (22) of said cap (20) is dimensioned so that it may be in contact with a head end (221) against said shoulder (113) so as to create a first sealing zone (T1). The head end portion (221) of the coupling appendage (22) is radially dimensioned so that when the head end (221) abuts against said shoulder (113), the head end portion (221) interferes with said first annular prominence (115), creating a second sealing zone (T2) between the cap (20) and the container body (10). The coupling appendage (22) of said cap (20) comprises a second annular prominence (233) which protrudes from said lateral coupling surface (23) near the base (220) of said coupling appendage (22) and is positioned axially so that, when the head end (221) abuts against said shoulder (113), said second annular prominence (222) interferes with the conical guide surface (111), creating a third sealing zone (T3) between the cap (20) and the container body (10).

    • The present invention relates to a device for entering a blood vessel using a winged needle with post-use protection, comprising a hollow protection body 20, which delimits an inner chamber 23 inside which a winged needle is slidably inserted. The needle body is slidingly movable along the inner chamber from a bare needle position, in which it is positioned in proximity of a front end 21 of the protection body with the distal portion 14 of the needle coming out through an exit opening 25 formed in it, to a needle-protected position. In a portion of the hollow protection body, in the vicinity of the exit opening, an additional opening 40 is formed, which additional opening extends in the longitudinal direction towards the exit opening 25. The additional opening is at least partially closed by a tongue 30, which extends projecting from the hollow protection body in the longitudinal direction towards the front end. The tongue is movable between a rest position, in which it closes at least partially the additional opening, and an operative position, in which it is divaricated from the hollow protection body so as to leave open the additional opening and widen the exit opening.
