    • A method for laying a long continuous optical fiber into fiber receiving tubes of a plurality of segments of optical electrical hybrid cables, and a transfer apparatus for winding an optical fiber when laying the optical fiber are provided. The method comprising: laying the continuous optical fiber into a fiber receiving tube of one segment of optical electrical hybrid cable by an air-blowing device; and laying the remaining optical fiber which has passed through the one segment of optical electrical hybrid cable into a fiber receiving tube of a next optical electrical hybrid cable by the air-blowing device. Wherein a leading end of the optical fiber is fixed in a transfer apparatus after the leading end of the optical fiber comes out from an outlet of the fiber receiving tube of the one segment of optical electrical hybrid cable, and after laying the optical fiber into the fiber receiving tube of the one segment of optical electrical hybrid cable is completed, the leading end of the optical fiber is detached from the one segment of transfer apparatus so as to lay the remaining optical fiber into the fiber receiving tube of the next optical electrical hybrid cable. Since the leading end of the optical fiber is fixed in the transfer apparatus during laying, the optical fiber can be prevented from becoming disordered or being self-wound.

    • A method for connecting a first and second optical and electric hybrid cables is disclosed. The first optical and electric hybrid cable has a first power cable and a first fiber tube for receiving a fiber therein, and the second optical and electric hybrid cable has a second power cable and a second fiber tube for receiving the fiber therein. The connection device comprises a fiber tube connection assembly for coupling the first and second fiber tubes. The method comprises steps of: blowing a fiber to pass through the first fiber tube of the first optical and electric hybrid cable by means of a compressor; blowing the fiber, which has passed through the first fiber tube, to pass through the second fiber tube of the second optical and electric hybrid cable by means of the compressor; removing the compressor; and coupling the first fiber tube and the second fiber tube by means of the fiber tube connection assembly. Based on the connection method disclosed, the optical splicing of two optical and electric hybrid cables is achieved conveniently and quickly only by a compressor and a fiber tube connection assembly.

    • A connection device for connecting a first optical and electric hybrid cable and a second optical and electric hybrid cable is disclosed. The first optical and electric hybrid cable has a first power cable and a first fiber tube for receiving a fiber therein, and the second optical and electric hybrid cable has a second power cable and a second fiber tube for receiving the fiber therein. The connection device comprises a fiber tube connector for coupling the first fiber tube with the second fiber tube,and a power cable connector for electrically connecting the first power cable and the second power cable.     • The present disclosure provides a termination assembly for an optical and electric hybrid cable comprising a power cable and an optical fiber receiving tube for receiving an optical fiber. The termination assembly comprises: an optical fiber termination comprising a butting tube and a tube fitting for coupling the butting tube and the optical fiber receiving tube together in an abutment state; a power cable termination comprising an outer insulation sheath enwrapped around an end of the power cable and a metal connection piece electrically connected to a conductor core of the power cable; and a glove type sealing cap, one side of which is hermetically fitted over an outer protection sheath of the hybrid cable, and the other side of which has a first finger sheath hermetically fitted over the butting tube and a second finger sheath hermetically fitted over the outer insulation sheath of the power cable termination.
