摘要： Process for producing methane or methanol, said process comprising the steps of:i) conducting a solid renewable feedstock to a thermal decomposition step, this being a pyrolysis step or a hydrothermal liquefaction step, for producing: a first off-gas stream comprising hydrocarbons, a solid carbon stream, and optionally a first liquid oil stream;upgrading the first off-gas stream by conducting it to a hydro/deoxygenation (HDO/DO) step i.e. hydrodeoxygenation or deoxygenation step in which said HDO/DO step is conducted in the absence of steam,, and a subsequent separation step, for generating water, a second liquid oil stream and an upgraded first off-gas stream; ii) conducting the first off-gas stream or the upgraded first off-gas stream to an olefin removal step, for generating a further upgraded first off-gas stream which is free of olefins; iii-1) conducting the first off-gas stream, or the upgraded first off-gas stream, or the further upgraded first off-gas stream, to a methanation step under the generation of steam for producing said methane; or iii-2) conducting the first off-gas stream, or the upgraded first off-gas stream, or the further upgraded first off-gas stream, to a steam reforming step for producing a methanol synthesis gas and subsequently conducting the methanol synthesis gas to a methanol synthesis step under the generation of steam for producing said methanol; iv) conducting steam, such as at least a portion of the steam generated in step iii-1) or iii-2), to an electrolysis step for producing an oxygen stream and a hydrogen stream; v) conducting at least a portion of the hydrogen stream from the electrolysis step to any of the: thermal decomposition step including HDO-step, olefin hydrogenation step, methanation step, methanol synthesis step, or combinations thereof.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a process and a process plant for conversion of a reactive liquid feedstock stream containing at least 40 wt% carbon, comprising the steps of a. directing a diluent stream, having a first combined hydrogen consumption potential and the reactive liquid feedstock stream as a combined stream having a first hydrogen consumption potential, to contact a material catalytically active in hydrotreatment which during operation has a lowest temperature of at least 80°C and a highest temperature of less than 250°C in the presence of dihydrogen, b. withdrawing a stabilized composition stream having a second combined hydrogen consumption potential which is less than 80% and more than 10% of the first hydrogen consumption potential, c. providing an amount of the liquid phase of said stabilized composition stream as said diluent stream wherein the hydrogen consumption potential for a composition shall be understood as the amount of hydrogen required for conversion of the composition into a saturated hydrocarbon. This has the associated benefit of the diluent being only partly converted and thus having a chemical nature favoring miscibility with the reactive feedstock, such that material catalytically active in hydrotreatment is contacted with a mixed liquid which is uniform, and which due to the dilution is less prone to polymerization and has a higher heat capacity, relative to the reactivity.

摘要： A broad aspect of the present disclosure relates to a process for conversion of a feed-stock containing at least 5 wt% aromatics, originating from thermal decomposition of solids, comprising the steps of directing the feedstock to contact a material catalytically active in hydrodeoxygenation under hydrodeoxygenation conditions in the presence of dihydrogen, to provide a deoxygenated intermediate, directing at least an amount of the deoxygenated intermediate to contact a material catalytically active in hydrodearomatization under hydrodearomatization conditions in the presence of dihydrogen, to provide an dearomatized intermediate.This has the associated benefit of converting a feedstock such as pyrolysis oil to a product or an intermediate compatible with diesel fuel requirements with a minimal yield loss.

This has the associated benefit of providing a pyrolysis plant with the ability to remove aromatic nitrogen efficiently from the pyrolysis oil.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for hydrotreating a liquid oil stream such as pyrolysis oil stream by, in continuous operation, reacting the liquid oil stream with hydrogen in the presence of a nickel-molybdenum (Ni-Mo) based catalyst at a temperature of 20- 240°C, a pressure of 100-200 barg and a liquid hourly space velocity (LHSV) of 0.1 -1.1 h-1, and a hydrogen to liquid oil ratio, defined as the volume ratio of hydrogen to the flow of the liquid oil stream, of 1000-6000 NL/L thereby forming a stabilized liquid oil stream.
