    • The present invention is a hot water boiler which prevents falling scale from collecting around the drive shaft of the motor by placing a pumping member such as an impeller in the lower part of the water tank and the motor for driving the pumping member is placed on top thereof, so adherence and noise caused by scale are reduced and performance is maintained. Bubble pulverization inside the water tank is enabled through the impeller. In addition, the boiler comprises an air exhaust unit which prevents hot water from leaking through the air exhaust port when a small movable electric boiler used for a hot-water mat is tilted in motion or by impact. The hot water boiler with improved performance according to the present invention comprises: a water tank wherein a discharge port and a retrieval port are formed, a pump housed in the water tank wherein a housing with a water inlet and a water outlet connected to the discharge port and the pumping member embedded in the housing are placed, and a motor which includes a drive shaft connected to the pumping member and is mounted on top of the pump.

    • According to the present invention, a sensor for measuring electrical characteristics is provided, comprising a voltage sensor and a current sensor. The voltage sensor comprises: a printed circuit board defining a round through-hole into which a power transmission line is inserted; a ring-shaped electrode fixed against the inner periphery of the through-hole to measure a voltage formed in the power transmission line; and a first terminal portion, one end of which contacts one side of the electrode and the other end of which is exposed through a side of the printed circuit board.
