摘要： The invention refers to a method for a data packet based wireless mobile communications network. The network comprises a core network (CN) and a radio area network (RAN). The core network (CN) comprises a control plane node (MME) intercommunicating with a user plane node (SAE GW). The radio area network comprises a mobile user equipment (UE) intercommunicating with a radio base transceiver station (eNOdeB) wherein payload data is routed via a tunnel between the user plane node (SAE GW) and the base transceiver station (eNodeB), wherein the method comprises the step of establishing a temporary tunnel between the user plane node (SAE GW) and the radio base transceiver station (eNodeB), the establishment of the temporary tunnel being initiated by the base transceiver station (eNodeB) transmitting an unreliable uplink data signal to the user plane node (SAE GW).
