摘要： The invention relates to a method, and device, a mobile station, a database and a mobile services switching center for the handover of calls in a telecommunications system comprising two access networks, a first access network supporting SIP (session initiation protocol), like a WLAN and a second, cellular access network. A demand to change from the first (WLAN) to the second (cellular) network is determined, a connection is set-up to the second network, and the connection to the first access network is released. A device supporting SIP and call control functionality for circuit switch is disclosed. A Data base is disclosed wherein two location identities associated to a mobile station are stored together with an indication on which is the preferred access network via which the mobile station should be reached. In addition, when routing a connection to a mobile station, information on a target mobile services switching centre will be extracted from a message received at an MSC and a paging will be suppressed.

摘要： The invention relates to method for enabling a first terminal (CST) adapted to operate compliant to a circuit switched transmission protocol to participate in a conference session for distributing messages among a group of terminals (MS) adapted to operate compliant to a packet switched transmission protocol. A call set up message (1 l; 12; 13) is indicating a request for a participation of the first terminal in the conference session to a server (PTT) administrating the group. The server receives a request (102) for sending a message for the conference session. A circuit switched bearer (21) and a packet switched bearer (22; 50) are set up for transmitting the message. The message is sent buffered and converted from a payload format according to the packet switched transmission protocol to a payload format according to the circuit switched transmission protocol or vice versa. The converted message is sent and the packet switched bearer (50) is released.

摘要： To enhance quality of service management in support of application sessions running on top of bearer services, according to the present invention it is suggested to, firstly, execute a bearer service analysis in support of automatic quality of service class management. Heretofore, a bearer service carrying packet switched service traffic in support of an application session is analysed for identification of different types of services by the application session. Related analysis information derived at an analysis unit 10 is then forwarded to a quality of service management unit 16, which is adapted to automatic quality of service class management. In particular, the quality of service management unit 16 determines and manages a quality of service class according to the identified quality of service class as forwarded by the bearer service analysis unit 10.
