The present disclosure further provides a method in an AN for allocating resource to a link between the access node AN in communication with a control entity and a terminal device in a coverage of the AN, comprising: receiving the resource allocation template for a group of links from the control entity; and performing resource scheduling for a respective link served by the AN according to the resource allocation template, and an AN using the method.
