摘要： An autonomous vacuum cleaner includes an outer housing, a suction nozzle, and a suction motor and a fan assembly operable to generate an airflow through the vacuum cleaner from the suction nozzle through a debris separator to a clean air exhaust. A fan of the fan assembly is rotatable about an axis of rotation of the suction motor and the fan assembly. The debris separator includes a cyclonic separator operable to separate debris from the airflow, the cyclonic separator located within the housing and includes a cylindrical wall along a longitudinal axis and having a first end and a second end, a dirty air inlet, a clean air outlet, a debris outlet adjacent the second end of the cylindrical wall, and a dust bin in fluid communication with the debris outlet of the cyclonic separator, where the cyclonic separator is coaxial with the motor and fan assembly.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a home cleaning, appliance (A) including a housing having a nozzle (C)1 which includes a main suction opening (24). An airstream suction source (B) is mounted to the housing and includes a suction airstream inlet and a suction airstream outlet. The suction source selectively establishes and maintains a flow of air from the nozzle main suction opening to the airstream outlet. A cyclone main body (D) is mounted to the housing and communicates with the nozzle main suction opening. The cyclone main body includes. a first stage separator (80) and a plurality of second stage separators (86). A dirt cup (110) is connected to the cyclone main body for collecting dust particles separated by the first stage separator and the plurality of second stage separators. An air manifold (180) is mounted to the first stage separator for fluidly connecting the first stage separator to the plurality of second stage separators. The air manifold includes a top wall (190) and a side wall (196) which cooperate to direct partially cleaned air from the first stage separator to the plurality of second stage separators. A mounting assembly (216, 218, .220) is connected to the side wall and configured to secure the plurality of second stage separators to the air manifold. An outer cover (240) is connected to the mounting assembly. The outer cover encircles the plurality of second stage separators. A cover (310) is connected to the air manifold for directing air discharged from the plurality of second stage separators to the inlet of the airstream suction source.

摘要： An upright vacuum cleaner (A) includes a housing (B) having a suction airstream inlet and a suction airstream outlet. A dirt container (50, 500) is selectively mounted to the housing for receiving and retaining dirt and dust separated from the suction airstream. ' The suction airstream inlet and the suction airstream outlet are in fluid communication with, respectively, an inlet and an outlet of the dirt container. The dirt container includes a first cyclonic airflow chamber (66, 508) and a second cyclonic airflow chamber (68, 510), each cyclonic airflow chamber including a longitudinal axis. The second cyclonic airflow chamber is spaced from the first chamber, wherein the first and second chambers are each approximately vertically oriented and are arranged in a parallel relationship. An air manifold (52, 540, 540') is disposed at a top portion of the dirt container. The air manifold includes an inlet section (54, 536, 565) through which dirty air passes and an outlet section (138, 560, 560'). The inlet section directs a flow of dirty air into two separate inlet conduits leading to a respective one of the first and second airflow chambers. The outlet section collects a flow of cleaned air from both of the chambers and merges the flow of cleaned air into a single outlet conduit (110, 570). An airstream suction source (E) is mounted to the housing and is in communication with the outlet conduit of the manifold.
