摘要： [Problem] To form a resinous coating layer which combines wear resistance and low-friction properties, on a swash plate for a swash plate compressor, in particular, a variable-capacity swash plate compressor. [Solution] A swash plate (60) for a swash plate compressor, the swash plate having been coated with a resinous coating layer (112) which comprises 5-60 mass% spherical graphite (115b) having an average particle diameter of 5-50 µm and, as the remainder, a polyimide resin and/or a polyamide-imide resin. The spherical graphite particles (115b) from which fine particles having a diameter less than or equal to 0.5 times the average diameter have been removed have an average shape factor (YAVE) defined by the following equation of 1-4 and include particles having a shape factor (Y) of 1-1.5 in a proportion of 70% by number or more. YAVE = total[{PMi 2/4piAi}]/i Y = PM2/4piA In the equations, "total" indicates the sum of the values in [ ] for i particles, PM is the peripheral length of one particle, A is the cross-sectional area per particle, and i is the number of particles measured.
