摘要： The present invention relates to a traffic information generating system, a traffic information generating method, and a storage medium for recording the method program. According to the present invention, when traffic information provided to a user terminal is generated, a communication characteristic for each rotation type movement flow is corrected for a base in consideration of a communication characteristic of rotation type traffic information. Per-link single traffic information is generated based on final correction traffic information and traffic information for the base in the current period. Therefore, traffic information for the representative movement flow is generated by correcting a communication information deviation for a rotation type movement flow, and reliability on the application service is increased based on historical per-link traffic information.
