    • A method for preparing polyalkylenebiguanidine salt, which does not require a high-viscosity reactor and a toxic solvent, and is capable of producing various polyalkylenebiguanidine salt, is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: polymerizing alkylenediamine dihydrochloride and dicyanamide metal salt in the presence of solvent or without solvent; neutralizing the polymerization product by adding water, and alkali metal compound or alkaline earth metal compound into the polymerization product; separating a neutralized polyalkylenebiguanidine polymer layer from an aqueous layer after inducing a phase-separation by settling the neutralized polymerization product; and adding acid into the separated polyalkylenebiguanidine polymer layer. Alternatively, the polyalkylenebiguanidine salt can be prepared by the method comprising the steps of: polymerizing alkylenediamine dihydrochloride and dicyanamide metal salt in the presence of solvent; and removing solvent and byproduct from the obtained polymerization product.

    • The present invention relates to a viscoelastic composition and a viscoelastic vibration reduction sheet, a viscoelastic vibration reduction block, and an interfloor noise prevention system. Bitumen, styrene-butadiene latex(l), styrene-butadiene latex(2), an emulsifier, a softener, an antifoaning agent, and potassium carbonate are nixed to fabricate a viscoelastic vibration reduction composition. A viscoelastic vibration reduction sheet is molded using the viscoelastic vibration reduction composition and attached to a surface of a lightweight foamed concrete block, thereby fabricating a viscoelastic vibration reduction block. The viscoelastic vibration reduction block is directly paved over a floor concrete slab, and a lightweight foamed concrete layer is formed over the floor concrete slab or a dampering material is paved over the floor concrete slab. The viscoelastic vibration reduction block is paved and finishing mortar into which hot water pipes are inserted is paved, thus providing an interfloor noise prevention structure.
